I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a nice bath, and even within walking distance to a few restaurants. The service was a bit mixed, as some staff members were super friendly and helpful, while others acted as though I was bothering them, like when asking for my cab fare to the airport at 4:45 am. The location was quite convenient, being just 5 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the rental car company, although the area seemed a bit decaying and lacked decent restaurants. The dining experience offered a good selection, including hot protein options, but it was not exceptional. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

My stay at Comfort Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms were average, with some issues like the AC being either too cold or too hot based on how it was set and signs of prior use. However, the service, particularly from Jung Wu, was friendly and helpful. The location, especially for those with early flights from Hobby Airport, was convenient.
