Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with a nice bath, and even within walking distance to a few restaurants. The service was a bit mixed, as some staff members were super friendly and helpful, while others acted as though I was bothering them, like when asking for my cab fare to the airport at 4:45 am. The location was quite convenient, being just 5 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the rental car company, although the area seemed a bit decaying and lacked decent restaurants. The dining experience offered a good selection, including hot protein options, but it was not exceptional. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
My stay at Comfort Suites was a mixed experience. The rooms were average, with some issues like the AC being either too cold or too hot based on how it was set and signs of prior use. However, the service, particularly from Jung Wu, was friendly and helpful. The location, especially for those with early flights from Hobby Airport, was convenient. The dining experience was delicious, with a great breakfast spread. Facilities were generally good.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean, nicely kept, and spacious, but not up to the usual standard. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff who quickly accommodated our needs. The location was convenient, nestled between the airport and I-45. The dining experience was satisfactory, providing a decent breakfast. However, there were visible signs of human trafficking near the area, which was concerning.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were okay, but they lacked a shower curtain which was a bit inconvenient. The noise from other guests slamming doors and heavy walking made it hard to relax. Having only two towels and no shower gel was also disappointing. On the bright side, the service was a mix of professional and friendly interactions, although one staff member called me endearing names that I found inappropriate. However, they did go out of their way to pay for my cab fare to the airport, which was a nice gesture. The location, while close to Hobby Airport, had some concerning issues nearby like visible signs of human trafficking. Despite that, it was convenient for my short stay. Overall, the facilities were functional, but nothing exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although the air conditioning was a bit tricky to manage. The service was hospitable and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. The location was convenient for my early morning flight from the nearby airport. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the complimentary fare was not as expected. The facilities were decent, providing a comfortable stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfy, contributing to our decision to extend our stay for an extra night. The service was exceptional, with a staff that was not only welcoming but also attentive to all our needs. The location, though not the best, served its purpose for a short stay, offering convenience to various dining and entertainment options. The dining experience was satisfying, providing a good variety of hot protein options. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay.
